AFE Releases their Intake Line for the 08 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke |

Performance products are finally starting to hit the market for the new 08 Ford 6.4L Twin Turbo Powerstroke Diesel. AFE is releasing a stage 2 CX Cold Air Intake system with three different filter options available for it. The series is listed as part number 51-31262, 54-31262, or 75-31262 for either the dry flow, progressive 5 layer or 7 layer Proguard 7. They system comes with a pad for the Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor and requires no drilling to install. AFE dynos this new intake at an additional 18HP and 37ftlbs of torque. So far, nobody has released a chip for the new Ford yet, but we have been talking with Quadzilla and others, and we know they are all working feverishly on it. We fully expect to see a True Flow XDi offering for the 6.4L before too much longer. We will keep you posted.
